Fabrics, folds, hair. Perspective.

Sometimes art is hard.

A woman dressed in a white kimono sits by a stream, looking up at the viewer. Her long brown hair spills over the grass behind her; she also has a single braid hanging down one side of face. Her eyes are golden, her fringe covers one eye, and she has pointed ears. The kimono has a red lining, with a dark-grey corset over an orange waist-wrap. She's wearing thigh-high beige boots; her legs are crossed with one heel hanging over the water. There is a wooded area behind her.
Just relaxing by the stream.

This one came out a bit more rough than some other contemporaneous pieces. Partly this is due to my rather basic backgrounds, which don't really match the standard of my character art in general, though the character here isn't my best either. Oh well; maybe I'll redraw it sometime in the future?
